I recently sat down with Jaiden and Lindsie Ward, hosts of the Between Us Podcast, and talk about all things faith and relationships.

During our time together, we go through each of the fun segments of their podcast. Our conversation bounces from people pleasing in therapy to the false narrative of being all in or all out when it comes to the Church.

Something I share while we are talking is that I like to build bridges with my work. In LDS culture, there are so many walls built up. We don’t need the divide between “us” and “them.” We’re all people just trying to figure out this life. Let’s not build up walls and divide people into categories that are not helpful for relationships.
