I recently had the opportunity to speak with Jennifer Stout, the host of Becoming One Podcast, about gender roles, judgement, and dating culture within the LDS church.
There are a lot of different cultural things relating to gender, mostly relating to women, that I felt uneasy about. I had to come to the realization that I could disagree with the culture and the way we teach certain things, and that's ok, and I can still believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
