Guest Appearance: Overcoming Pornography for Good: Navigating Faith Challenges with Dr. Julie Hanks

I was recently a guest speaker on Sara Brewer’s podcast Overcoming Pornography for Good. We spoke about finding middle ground in the LDS Church and I answered questions from her listeners.

Finding the middle ground in the LDS Church means giving yourself permission to interact with the Church in a way that works for you. We are often taught that the world is black and white, true and false, and that you have to be all in or all out. I believe that you can find a place where you can take all of the good that the Church has to offer while not being forced to agree with every single thing that is said within the Church.
